• Dark, briary, and succulent, this wine offers up rich layers of ripe plum, anise, with a hint of smoky bacon fat.  All of this loveliness is enveloped in a robe of sweet vanilla oak. The tannins are just shy of strapping; bold enough to get your attention but still allowing for the fruit to take center stage. Drink this wine from 2014-18.
