While fabulous now, this Bordeaux blend is aptly named for how it will evolve gracefully with time..like Clint Eastwood! The aroma bursts with loads of Earth, deep cherry, blueberry, brier, and hints of pepper. Chewy tannins compliment the fruit without dominating the palette. While still a bit young and brash, Evolution promises to be a "Harbinger" of good things to come with a little patience. Lay this bad boy down for a year or so.
